WIDHALM (WITHALM), Mathias Worked circa. 1710-1740 Salzburg Austria, Worked from c.1716 Nuremberg Germany. Little known of his life. Said to have come from Salzburg to Nuremberg after c.1716. Vannes cites one cello of Bohemian appearance: medium arch, soundholes with small eyes, golden brown varnish, dated 1739.
