STIEBER, E. Born 1907 Könnern, d. after 1940 Tübingen Germany. Pupil of M. Schuster in Markneukirchen 1921-1924. Worked for F. Reiner and F. Staerke in Hamburg. Established independently in Mannheim 1927, Leipzig 1931, and Tübingen 1937. Returned to Markneukirchen to work under P. Seckendorf 1940 and thereafter finally settled in Tübingen. Good professional work.
