Armin Andre SCHLIEPS

SCHLIEPS, Armin Andre Born 1931 Viipuri Finland, d.2005 Seattle, Washington USA. Son, pupil, and assistant of George Schlieps, below. Also trained in the Wurlitzer shop (New York) as a restorer. After his father’s death in 1977 he moved to Seattle, where he became established as a fine restorer and bow maker. Some new instruments and over 200 bows completed.
