Dr. Ervin Kleffman

KLEFFMAN, Dr Ervin Born 1892 Dorchester, Wisconsin, Worked Los Angeles USA. Active in Chicago from c.1912 as a musician. Later moved to Albany, Oregon and in 1937 established a violin shop in Los Angeles with Stanley Keith but dissolved the partnership the following year. With Keith’s tuition made six violins; Stradivari model with spirit varnish. [Wenberg]
