Later employed by Emil Herrmann in New York alongside Simone Sacconi. Established independently in Long Island, New York from 1952; finally settled in Pittsburgh. Stradivari models for violin and viola, Stradivari and Montagnana cello models. Red spirit based varnish. Viola illustrated in the catalogue of the Sacconi Loan Exhibition, New York 1966. [Wenberg]
