Author of How to Make a Violin Bow (Seattle, 1977). Copies of the c.1668 Stradivari ‘Duke of Cambridge’ and 1741 Guarneri del Gesù ‘Jarnowich’ violins, the original instruments being in his own collection. 78 violins, nine violas, and six cellos completed. Own oil varnish of amber and red-brown colour. 185 bows completed, branded: F. V. HENDERSON [Wenberg]
