Leandro Junior Bisiach
BISIACH, Leandro (II) Born 1904 Milan, died 1982 Venegono Superiore Italy. Son of Leandro Bisiach (I), above. Worked with his brother Giacomo, above, both men instructed by I. Sderci in Siena during and after their father’s employment at the Accademia Chigiana 1921-1924. After military service Leandro (II) returned to his father’s workshop in Milan in 1926, and by 1932 was established with his brother Giacomo, from 1934 at 27 Corso Magenta. They left in 1943 to spend the remainder of the Second World War period in their father’s retreat in Venegono, but returned immediately afterward.
